Key Responsibilities ·Support the company’s Memory Customers and associated Account teams in achieving their business targets·Lead/manage highly motivated and skilled team of Production Support Engineers (Capability development)·Build and develop a team of engineers to support all production support related customer requests (service, interface and application related production support)·Establish and maintain the relationship to other groups within the company to coordinate escalations·Participate in development of account support strategy (local/HQ) as a partner of the sales teamSkills·Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Semiconductor, Computer Science major is preferred) ·Over 4 years of management experience in leading a team of engineers and managing a support business ·Able to build business relationships (internal and external)·Business level in English (Both written and oral)·Application engineering background is a plus
