Help refine the AI’s decision-making process and problem-solving capabilities.

Problem Solving : Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions.

Guide the AI through these problems to teach it how to reason and solve them effectively and logically.

Red Teaming : Assess the AI's knowledge base for biases, inaccuracies, and gaps.

Design and execute tests that push the model’s boundaries, ensuring it produces reliable and accurate outputs that meet real-world expectations.

Continuous Improvement : Work collaboratively with AI developers and researchers to integrate feedback, contributing to the ongoing refinement and evolution of the AI system.

Qualifications Native Proficiency in Korean : Exceptional writing skills in Korean, with the ability to clearly communicate complex feedback and explanations.

Residency in South Korea : Applicants must be residents of South Korean and have a strong understanding of local language, culture, and context.

Education : An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.

Professional Writing Experience : Previous experience in a writing-intensive role (e.g., researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor) is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

AI Training Experience : While prior experience in AI-related tasks or training models is preferred, it is not mandatory.

A willingness to learn and contribute to AI development is key.
