Job Title SCM Performance Director (부장급)Location서울시 강남구About our Client 독일계 스포츠 제품 다국적기업Responsibilities Drive Supply Chain Efficiency: Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance in fulfillment and logistics.

Focus on identifying acceleration opportunities while balancing safety (WSH) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations.

Foster best practices, innovation, and partnerships to enhance sustainability within the function.

Inventory Optimization: Ensure accurate inventory levels, timely distribution, and alignment with demand planning to meet customer satisfaction.

KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators to minimize costs, maximize service levels, and close any gaps against targets through actionable business plans.

Performance Reviews: Coordinate KPI performance reviews, ensuring thorough root cause analysis for any deviations and implementing processes to sustain operational excellence.

Lead S&OP Meetings: Facilitate monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business risks and opportunities.

Strategic Inventory Management: Oversee strategic inventory planning and execution, including managing new product launches and adapting to dynamic e-commerce and retail demands.

Executive S&OP Support: Provide SCM insights and support for monthly Executive S&OP meetings at the country level.

Partner with finance to deliver planning guidance for the S&OP process.

Stakeholder Communication: Ensure consistent communication of S&OP outputs and key messages to global and regional supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.

At least 12 years of experience in supply chain management.

Proven experience in managing and executing Sales & Operations meetings with senior executives.

Preferably experienced in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
