The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing onsemi’s business with Samsung and key distribution partners in Korea. This role requires strong semiconductor industry experience, solid technical background, and proven leadership to drive strategic account growth while building a high‑performing, collaborative team with strong harmony and ownership.
Own end‑to‑end management of Samsung and assigned distribution accounts
Define and execute long‑term account strategies aligned with onsemi business objectives
Drive revenue growth, design wins, and market share expansion
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, supply, LTAs, escalations)
Provide technical leadership in collaboration with FAE, BU, and application teams
Build and lead a strong, motivated account team with trust, accountability, and team spirit
Manage executive‑level customer relationships and communications
Act as a key interface between Korean customers and global onsemi organizations Qualifications
10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Korea
Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and applications
Proven account management and leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to build long‑term strategic customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in Korean; strong business English required
Preferred
Experience with Samsung, Korean OEMs/Tier‑1s, or distribution partners
Automotive, industrial, power, or analog semiconductor background
