To operate service client’s equipment in accordance with project and service agreements as a resident technician.
To identify and feedback opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products.
To ensure all safety standards are including Dematic employees, contractors, and customers alike.

Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customer.
Report on designed/installed equipment, which is not performing to the design specifications.
Manage allocated assets including spare parts, computers and tools.
Recognize and report sales opportunities for Customer Service and all other divisions of Dematic.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction on all assignments undertaken Knowledge/experience Communication in English (written & spoken).
Background or experience in mechanical or electrical or mechatronics or factory automation or PLC.

Tasks and Qualifications:- Take care of your own health and safety as well as that of others including theimplementation of risk control measures to prevent injuries or illnesses.- Prevent pollution to the environment.- Co-operate with Dematic policies, procedures and instructions including timelyreporting of hazards, incidents and injuries via Dematic’s reporting process.- Other responsibilities as outlined in WHS&E system documentation.- Comply with relevant statutory and legal requirements as required.- Commit to and cooperate with Dematic’s quality management systems andprocesses.
