✔️ Job Title Supervisor, Global Customer Support ✔️ Location 수원시 영통구 (광교역 주변) ✔️ About Client 글로벌 전자 부품 유통사 ✔️ Position Overview: The Supervisor, Global Customer Support, oversees and develops Customer Support representatives to ensure top-level service.
This role supports daily team operations, meeting department goals and managing workload quality and quantity.✔️ Responsibilities: Supervise team, define tasks, and set timelines to meet business objectives and KPIs.
Make decisions based on policies, procedures, and past experience.
Train new team members and provide mentorship through training, coaching, and team building.
Receive guidance from the next-level manager.
Manage quality logs and evaluate team performance.
Oversee team priorities, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
Maintain employee documentation and escalate disciplinary issues as needed.
Build partnerships across departments to align on business strategies and their impact.
Conduct root cause analysis on trends and provide recommendations to mitigate issues.✔️ Requirements: University graduate or above5+ years related work experience Previous supervisor experience preferred Able to work independently and manage multiple projects Knowledge of excel programs and spreadsheets Able to analyze, understand and action off of statistical data for the department and company Able to create and present power point presentations as needed Able to provide constructive criticism in a positive manner; demonstrating conflict management skills as needed Able to hold self and others accountable to delivering business results.
Proficient in spoken and written English (Line manager is located in USA)
