Which is where you come in.What you will be doingThe Quality Manager of RBM R&D and PT (hereafter QRP manager or the manager) is responsible for managing, optimizing, and standardizing the comprehensive global quality systems and programs of battery-related research and development of RBM R&D, PT (PDE, PTI & ACC), NBI, and CRD to meet the requirements of global customers and international quality management systems. The manager develops the DQP training programs, trains relevant global teams to improve the quality competence, and supports the customer quality audits and qualifications. Also, the manager leads or supports in development and implementation of global projects and programs that affect research and development quality.1. Comprehensive responsibility of global DQP processRegularly conducts gap analysis of DQP processes, and improves the identified areas of all battery-related R&D processes.Lead continuous optimization and standardizing of the DQP to relevant teams to maintain good alignment. Fully support battery-related R&D MOC to eliminate or mitigate quality risks.Provide expert guidance to ensure managing the key outcomes of DQP (FMEA, CP, ICF, and PDR,...).Set up comprehensive DQP and quality training curriculum and develop training materials for the global teams, and manage the training programs.2. Collaboration with the Functional QRP ManagersLead the Functional QRP Manager to ensure the functional quality systems and programs are aligned with global ones.Support the Functional QRP Manager to develop, implement, manage, and continuously optimize the functional or site quality system and programs.Provide expert guidance and full support to the Functional QRP Managers and relevant teams in preparing for customer qualification audits and external quality audits, and ensure the corrective actions are implemented effectively to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities globally.3. Global projects and programsLead or support in developing and implementing global projects and programs that affect battery-related research and development quality to meet the objectives and requirements. (e.g., Digitalization projects such as Planisware, EMS,...)Check the performance and effectiveness of the projects and programs, and provide feedback to the project teams for further optimization and development.4. Global R&D and PT quality documents managementRegularly review the integrity of overall RBM R&D and PT quality documents, and encourage relevant teams to keep them valid.Collaborate with the RBM Domain QM team and the Functional QRP Manager to manage the global RBM R&D and PT quality documents in a consolidated document management system (QDMS).5. Collaboration with battery-related R&D organizationCollaborate with battery-related R&D organizations including NBI and CRD to maintain good alignment.Who we are looking forBachelor in science or engineeringAt least 10 years of all-around experience in quality management systems and quality control.Good understanding of core tools (MSA, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP) and experience in automotive industries.Good understanding of quality management systems: ISO , IATF, VDA6.3License of an official quality auditor for OEM industry. (VDA6.3 (preferred) or IATF)Experience in global quality project managementExperiences in leading the role of automotive customer quality audit & VOC handling.Project management skills – knowledge of PX methodologyGood communicator, strong interpersonal skills, promotor of internal cooperation.Fluency in both oral and written EnglishCapable user of PC MS office applications.Preferred to have experience in the R&D processKnowledge of basic statistics (Preferred to have a good understanding and experience of advanced statistics (DOE, estimation and hypothesis test, regression,...))Ability to identify, define and solve problemsAbility to define needs and promote changeCan work in a multi-cultural matrix environmentGood communication & relationship with other teams to find the best way Challenge spirit for a new environment.Committed to resultsTeam playerSelf-motivationWillingness to travel abroad
