YOUR ROLE Executes local sales plans in line with SBU strategy to maintain, develop existing customers and acquire new customersExecutes customer roadmap, manages and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunitiesExecutes pricing actionsBuilds and maintains relationships with customers and distributorsProvides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territoryCoordinates with Application Engineering to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaintsDelivers KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined account YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in related field is requiredMinimum of eight (8) years' work experience in Sales of chemical and/or related industry is preferredGood communication skills in Korean and English are preferredExcellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
