Job TitleHR University Recruitment InternJob DescriptionYou are responsible forUpholding Campus hiring related policies, guidelines, technology and systems involved to partner with target universities and partner vendorsMaintaining and strengthening relationships with target university/college stakeholders as well as graduate recruitmentConsulting with career services office staff, faculty and student groupsParticipating in planning events (both in-house and on-campus) prior to executing initiatives on campusesOrganizing and administer logistics for networking eventsManaging logistical support for Philips assessment centers, interview days and other selection toolsManaging approved Campus vacancies and provide the business with outstanding candidates through standardized hiring processExecuting end-to-end recruitment process until the offer stage.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:Pursuing Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent preferredTeam player with a high sense of urgency, able to interact with all levels of the organization and connect well with studentsAble to work proactively, independently and under pressureHighly adaptable to matrix organization and complex business situationGood team work and communication skill, attention to detail and reliableStrong project management skills, learning agility and continuous improvement mindsetExcellent communication skills in English and Korean.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
