Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in optimizing processes, supporting decision-making through data-driven insights, and defining business requirements to drive organizational growth.
Propose improvements to business operations and align them with strategic goals.
Conduct in-depth competitor research and maintain an up-to-date repository of competitor intelligence.
Analyze customer inquiries, sales trends, complaints, and operational challenges to produce actionable reports for strategic planning.
Develop business cases to support new initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate closely with central and local teams, integrating local market insights into strategic recommendations.
Establish and enforce sales standards while managing budgetary controls.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes through technical and business expertise.
Key Qualifications: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean fluency is a strong advantage.
3+ years of experience in management consulting (required).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across various levels of stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and open thinking.
Understanding of the blockchain, Web3, or related technology markets is a plus.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in relevant industries.
