About SAP STAR Program
Global Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program offers university students hands-on industry experience at SAP, the world’s leading software provider. As part of a global program across 14 countries, STAR students work on real business projects and develop professional skills. Unlike most internships, this program allows students to continue their studies at university without taking a break or needing to graduate first. Upon graduation, you will have opportunities to apply for open positions within SAP and potentially become a valued member of our team.
Education and Qualifications
Open to undergraduate and graduate students who meet the following requirements and process the core competencies listed below.
Expected to graduate in Feb. 2027, Aug. 2027, or Feb. 2028 (required)
Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, student,or extracurricular activities
Strong communication, presentation, and sales pitching abilities
Quick adaptability to digital tools, with a knack for driving innovative strategies
Strong interest in building a long-term career in Technical Sales or Presales, with a clear motivation to develop both business understanding and technical expertise in a customer-facing role.
Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills
Role Overview: Digital Solution Advisory
The program includes a rotation system that allows you to participate in three different projects or teams within the organization. Your first rotation will be in the Digital Solution Advisory role. Digital Solution Advisory is an organization that aims to establish not only a traditional high-touch Presales model where detailed follow-up is provided to individual customers but also a low-touch model where digital tools or partners are utilized to accomplish, and DSA is the brain to drive. We welcome individuals who are interested in not only learning how to propose SAP products to customers as a Presales but also discussing about next generation of SAP selling style of Digital or Partner. In addition, you can experience demo movie creation with SAP Cloud ERP system, and your demo will be used in the actual opportunities! So you will be able to learn one of Presales daily activities on the Job training as well as you attending customer calls for shadowing. We Digital Hub is one of the leading and most innovative teams in the SAP, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, impactful and personalized fashion.
Program & Work Details 18-month structured program with learning, mentorship, and rotations
Employment Type: Fixed-term Intern 18 months
Probation Period: 3 months from the date of hire (extendable if necessary)
The detailed working conditions will be subject to the employment agreement
Full-time (40 hrs/week) during breaks; part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time during semesters
Flexible hours aligned with academic schedules
Eligible to apply for full-time roles after 9 months and graduation
Supports university field practicum / academic credit programs (대학현장실습프로그램 / 학점인정프로그램).
