Overview
The IT Infrastructure Specialist at Tiffany & Co. serves as a key contributor to the stability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT operations. Key Accountabilities
Infrastructure Support and Maintenance
Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.
Project Implementation and Upgrades
Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components.
Participate in projects as required.
Documentation and Process Management
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures.
Collaboration and Vendor Management
Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application development) and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions.
Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners as required, including regular interaction with external vendors.
Required Qualifications
Profile and Professional Experience Requirements
2-3 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies
Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.
Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365)
Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
