Traveling, sometimes on short notice, to customer sites to address problems or support field service personnel.

Completing and submitting field service reports.

Delivering training to customers and users on system maintenance.

Providing feedback to product quality teams.

Contributing to the development of various reports, including the identification and isolation of unique system problems.

Acting as a subject expert and resource for training.

Education To thrive in this role, you typically need a university degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience in electronic system problem solving.

Experience Previous experience in maintaining and servicing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems would be helpful in this position.
