Job Summary 

  • Communicate with all hotel departments as a front desk representative

  • Manage Front Office team 

  • Handle customer complaints

  • Ensure seamless service through the hotel with the team

    • Qualifications

    Qualification 

  • Proficiency in foreign languages required (Chinese, English, etc.)

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in global hotel front office (room division)
