POSITION OBJECTIVEHe/she will have supervision role when assign to specific taskforce. He/she will direct and manage assigned after sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale up, start up & commissioning, installation , maintenance, repairing, training and Plant MRO/parts. He/she will learn role working under close supervision. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide site service to installed based customers Provide Emergency service to customers Provide Technical Support standards and best practices to customers To provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub Manage product recall/replacement Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager Co-work closely with All BU team Members Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE Degree in Engineering or other related field Over 0-5 years service experience in technical/industrial environment Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure Traveling is part of the job requirements
