Job Description ETAS-DEV is providing SW development solutions to advanced automotive clients and an ETAS-DEV filed application engineer has key responsibilities as: Providing expert advice and support on SW development projects.

Assist clients in the integration of ETAS-DEV solutions into their automotive system, ensuring their SW development performance.

Conduct on-site or virtual technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of ETAS-DEV SW products.

Collaborate with ETAS-DEV product development team to relay customer feedback and requirements, contributing to the enhancement of product features and the development of new solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered by clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

Provide training and documentation to clients on the use and maintenance of ETAS-DEV software products.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience in software development or technical support within the automotive industry.

Understanding of automotive systems and software, including familiarity with standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.

Understanding in programming languages relevant to automotive software development, such as C, C++, Python, and Java.

Basic Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

English communication and no limit to oversee travel.
