Hauptaufgaben
Responsible for the operation of a sewage disposal plant on one shift; plant provides for complete sewage treatment consisting of pretreatment, primary and secondary treatment and separate sludge digestion. Operates valves, pumps, gates, comminutors and other controls and equipment to move sewage through various stages of treatment; lubricates pumps and replaces filters; maintains basic records and/or logs of operation and maintenance data; collects samples of sewage to determine the amount of solids to be removed, biochemical oxygen demands, suspended and dissolved solids and dissolved oxygen demands. From the results of the tests, increases or decreases chemical agents. Trains lower graded personnel in plant operation; and observes all safety rules, regulations and procedures.
주업무: 당시 근무하는 조가 하수 처리장 운영에 대한 책임을 집니다. 처리장은 사전 처리, 일차와 이차 및 분리된 찌꺼기 정화 등으로 이루어진 완전한 하수 처리를 실시합니다. 하수를 각종 처리 단계에 거치게 하기 위하여 밸브, 펌프, 카미뉴터와 기타 조종장치 및 장비를 조작하고, 처리주기에서 규정된 단계에 하수표본을 수집하고 기본온도, 산 염기도 (ph), 잔여염소, 가라앉힐 수 있는 고체, 수소 이온, 용해된 산소, 적절한 안정도 및 알카리성 시험을 실시하고, 사용하는 폄프, 여과기, 시설에 대한 물리적, 화학적 처리 및 주유를 통제하기 위하여 염소처리 및 기타 화학처리 장비를 조정합니다. 영 및 정제원에 대한 기본적인 기록과 일지를 유지합니다. 처리장 운영에 있어서 하급요원을 교육하고, 모든 안전규칙, 규정 및 절차를 준수합니다. 기타 부여된 업무를 수행합니다.
Working Conditions: Work is performed both inside and outside; subject to dampness, unpleasant odors and varied weather conditions for substantial amount of time; possible infection, asphyxiation and injury from contact with sewage and sewage gases and fumes, plant equipment and/or more severe injuries from falls into open tanks.
작업 조건: 작업은 옥내나 옥외에서 수행되고, 대부분의 시간 동안 습기, 불쾌한 냄새 및 각종 기후 조건 하에서 작업하며, 병에 감염되고 질식될 가능성이 있으며 하수와 하수가스 및 배기가스, 하수 처리장 장비를 접촉함으로써 부상을 입을 가능성이 있으며, 열린 탱크에 떨어져서 중상을 입을 가능성이 있습니다.
